What is the LTV on Texas properties?
I know that in the pass it has been 80% loan to value in Texas. But, I am hearing different from Bankers they want to do 70% to 75% LTV has anyone seen the same issue?

For what I seen the banks are been more careful in lending my believe the law in Texas is 80%. But, each individual bank has their own rules as well so they can reduce it to what they want if you want the loan from the bank. Keep shopping around for banks I guess.

"Total mortgage debt, including the amount of any existing mortgages plus the projected home equity lien, cannot exceed 80% of the home's current fair market value."
