Johan Borge

Mr. Borge born in April 1977, is a co-founder and co-owner of the Business Building Academy, Inc. The company was founded in 2008 with $1,000 and an unprecedented idea – educate directly to the public entrepreneurial and real estate investing skills.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Borge served as an Enterprise Consultant at the Executive Marketing level within the Dell Americas and Product Group organizations. He worked in a BPI project that helped save the company half a million dollars in a single group project and later became a mentor to help others do BPI projects. He successfully saved the company $53 Million in 1 quarter alone. He also served as Technical Engineer with Dell's Enterprise Systems Group and handle major account in Latin America and Brazil.

While working with Dell, Mr. Borge was also building his own business. His experience in building his own business while managing several projects within Dell afforded Mr. Borge very valuable entrepreneurial skills.

Mr. Borge has worked for many years in customer service, managerial and has over 15 years in sales expertise. As a business owner of over 9 years, he has mastered all aspects of the negotiation process and is an excellent project manager. In 2003, he discovered the value of real estate investing and bought his first investment property. Johan and his wife, Iliane, own Texas Capital Real Estate, LLC which is a real estate investing firm. They are actively investing in the Austin market and internationally in other countries. They are buying properties to fix and hold as well as investing in land projects and commercial development.

Iliane Borge

Iliane Borge is a co-founder and co-owner of Business Building Academy, Inc.

She has a Bachelor of Engineering and studied Information Technology at Corperate University in Mannheim, Germany.

Iliane worked for over 7 years with IBM and was responsible for communications and support of Business Partner Websites worldwide.

After leaving IBM she acquired her Real Estate License in Texas and started her own business. Together with her husband Johan Borge, Iliane started investing in Real Estate.

Business Building Academy brings Iliane back into the IT world. She is supporting our websites and constantly implementing new tools for our users.

Matt Beasley

Matt grew up in Richardson, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. His propensity for marketing came from his mother who worked as a marketer for many years and was the director of marketing for the Mesquite Championship Rodeo.

After receiving his degree in Business/Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2003, Matt moved to Austin primed and ready to get into business. However, he quickly discovered that the information he learned in college was outdated and didn’t apply to the quick moving, modern, small business world.

It was only until he got into real estate, and started working with other successful business owners, that he started learning and applying genuine entrepreneurial and investing skills. For the last 4 years, he has worked as a real estate agent, an investor and as a marketing consultant.

Upon meeting Johan and Iliane Borge, they teamed up to form the Business Building Academy, which helps others develop their entrepreneurial and real estate investing skills in a dynamic learning environment.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing trombone and guitar, reading non-fiction, shooting pool, eating Chipotle burritos and, according to him, watching too many movies.
